The request form

When you send a quote or sample request, we receive what you enter: company, contact person, email, estimated volume, application, grades and commercial model. The form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and forwarded to us by email.

We use this data only to reply to your request and for any business relationship that follows; we do not sell it or use it for marketing. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). You can ask us to delete it at any time at [email protected].

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

Only if you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited) to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they read, on what type of device, from which country or city, and how they arrived. We also count requests sent through the form and clicks on the phone number or email address, without their content.

Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not use this data for advertising. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). If you press “Decline”, no Google script is loaded and no cookie is set.

Changing your choice

You can give or withdraw consent at any time, from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page or here: Cookie settings. When you withdraw, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
